Recently, Jamie had the incredible pleasure of welcoming the brilliant Georgian chef Guram Baghdoshvili to his home in Essex for a proper Georgian Feast. Together they cooked a traditional Georgian Supra which was a something really special. The flavours, ingredients and the way Chef Guram brought everything together was next level and left Jamie deeply inspired.
